- Is self-drive service an option?
Yes, our service is proud always have a driver available. At your choice, the driver can either stay with you during your entire trip, or can deliver to your destination and then return you home at the desired time; prices fluctuate accordingly.
- How many can be seated in a bus?
To best accommodate those who need our services, we offer buses with 8, 12, 14, 16, 34, 48, and 72 people seating capacity. See our vehicles page for more information about our buses and seating arrangements.
- Is trailer service an option?
If you need to travel with large amounts of luggage or bulky equipment, we do offer trailer services for an extra free.
- What payments do you accept?
We are pleased to serve customers by accepting cash and cheque along with Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Delta, and American Express. Cheques should be made out to JG Minibuses, while credit card details will only be taken over the phone.
- What insurance do you carry?
Our vehicles are covered by fully comprehensive insurance in addition to 2 million pounds worth of Public Liability insurance.
- What licenses do drivers carry?
Our drivers all hold a D1 requirement, making it legal and safe for them to drive minibuses for pay.
- Are buses licensed?
All of our vehicles are covered by an operator’s license.
- Do you have breakdown service?
In the case of an unlikely breakdown, our company has a full membership with AA’s roadside assistance.
- Do you guarantee relocation after breakdowns?
If a bus experiences a breakdown, our additional AA coverage will take care of passenger relocation.
- What is the service plan for buses?
Our vehicles are fully serviced and receive a full PSV check every 10 weeks.
- What year are your buses?
All of our vehicles are newer models, registered from late 2007 upwards. We add additional buses every year.
- Have your drivers been police checked?
All of our vehicle drivers have been investigated and hold a current CRV enchanced police record check.
- What are your services?
We offer a wide variety of different services including local and long-distance coverage, executive and corporate service, day vacations, trips, school events, weddings, and transportation to airports and seaports. Our services are offered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
